PS5 Controller support on PC
The game is unplayable to the sense that you cannot rebind anything on the ps5 controller when on this game. Connecting though steam and setting up a config doesnt resolve the issue further. Loading ...

Hi,
I am using the PS5 controller connected with USB-C cable only and it is still the same issue as with only the bluetooth connection.

@Dynahunt Yes, unfortunately this affects PS5 controllers whether connected or wireless, the Xbox wired workaround isn't an option, sorry.I got the same error with my USB connected PS4 controller.
R2 is accept, L2 is decline, naviate up is X navigate down is rectangle and so on. totally messed up and can't play.
This is weird i remember dualshock 4 and dualsense works on bf2042 but months ago support removed now we have nfs unbound racing game without support good job :-) even with emulated x360 gamepad with ds4windows
- @EA_David JUST MAKE A SETTING IN GAME THAT ALLOWS PLAYERS TO SWITCH TO PLAYSTATION XBOX OR PC LAYOUT SIMPLE
Leave it to EA to make the community do all sorts of testing to find a workaround for something that should've been in the game from day 0.
When FIFA 23 and F1 22 have native support for PS controllers why cant EA just tell all of their dev teams to do the same? The biggest joke here must be Codemaster having native support in F1 but not in GRID.
Or even better. Why not put support your new app the same way that Steam does so it will be solved for all of your games?
At least then the new app would do something better than Origin...
- @EA_David Any update of this situation??? Even with the latest update no prograssion has been made. Uninstalling and just waiting for a notification at this point. The solutions the community arent working.
