PS5 Controller support on PC
The game is unplayable to the sense that you cannot rebind anything on the ps5 controller when on this game. Connecting though steam and setting up a config doesnt resolve the issue further. Loading ...
i get the ea games from epic games store not steam so this dident work
Hey Everyone,
Thanks for sharing information and reports for unbound so far.
I wanted to check if anyone is still seeing issues with PS5 controllers after today's Vol.8 update?
If so, can you confirm the following?
- Are you on the latest windows updates?
- Is there any other programs running on your device?
Cheers!
Hello,
Last w10 update
Game is updated
Controller is updated.
The mapping is still bad as before. I came back merly 2 years after my last session on this game and the problem is still present.
(I also tried all tips, run as non steam game, big picture, DS4, DSX ect..)
Same issue on 2 different computer.
Will be my last game from EA.
Same here nothing works
hi, i just bought the game and i have the problem with the dualsense, already ran by steam both eadesktop and unbound/unboundtrial, tried ds4 and dualsensex, nothing worked. I have Windows 10 Version 22H2
I too have been experiencing the same issue for around 2 months now. i've gone to the extent of formatting my pc and still do luck. EA support was of no help at all. i just wanna play the game how i want to play the game man
PS5 Controller
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Oher Programs: Steam, EA, Xbox App, GoG
Still having issues. I spent 1 hour doing all community steps to try solve this issue.
You guys are a multimillion dollar company, how is this still an issue at 2024 ?
I'm using a DualSense controller, have Unbound on PC via Steam.
When Steam Input is enabled, the game will launch totally fine (with Xbox button icons), and will have full correct controller functionality and layout.
When I *disable* Steam Input, the game won't launch at all and EA App, of all things, very briefly shows an error that there's disabled features... But Steam and EA App are entirely different programs.
Are PlayStation controller icons even natively supported in the PC version, or is it just"basic" DualShock/DualSense support in that they work but emulating as Xbox controllers..?
