@EA_Atici can speak for myself only keyboard and mouse connected to the PC not even a external hard disk.

@Selamkardessssss Thank you. Do you happen to have any installed sofware that might virtualize an input?
If you restart with a Clean Boot, does that change anything about this happening?- @EA_David I just did it, not fixed.
