Re: ACCELARTION AND BRAKE STUCK

I've got the same exact issue. Acceleration and break are on at the same time, I can't go pass 3rd gear and the car can't stop or reverse. I have nothing connected to the laptop. I tried everything as well. Nothing works. I also tried to connect different controllers and the game doesn't recognize them either. I have a Lenovo Legion 7i with the Core i9 12900HX and the Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti. At this point I'm considering asking for a refund! I wanted to play this game so bad.....

Summarize your bug I am unable to accerlate at all, vehicle is stuck at 60mph with all the brakes stuck on.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just start the game, it always happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? As im unable to get past the intro, as soon as the cinimatic for the intro is finished and it relases you to start playing, the car will automaticly slow down with no ability to speed up, if i stop the car will only do a burnout and nothing more. I've thus far spent over 2 hours of my 10 hour trial just trying to play the game.
What do you expect to see? a fix for this very obvious bug.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times with no luck, i've unplugged my mouse, keyboard, headset and tried to play with just my controller plugged in, also tried to play with just my keyboard plugged in, both times the bug will be present.

Im at a loss, i just want to play this game with my friends but i cant even get past the intro.

Summarize your bug If you accelerate reverse slightly (press L1) then open map, depress L1 and exit the car keeps going in reverse and even accelerating even though you are not inputting anything.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Stand still and go in reverse 2. Accelerate in reverse slightly (to around 10 km/h) 3. Open map (press touch pad) 4. Relieve the "reverse" button (e.g. L1) 5. Close map and observe your car
What happens when the bug occurs? Car keeps going in reverse an even accelerating until you press reverse once more
What do you expect to see? Car gradually stops as if no input is provided

Notice how tachometer stays at idle (1k RPM) while the car keeps accelerating backwards even on slight uphill

I started playing NFS Unbound and for some reason I thought that the game is way harder than it should, then I realized that when I'm playing with my keyboard it works just fine. Now the question is in what regards it works just fine? Well when I accelerate on the controller it works like I'm driving my friend's 90hp Renault Captur, not even reaching 150km/h with ease, but when I play the game on my keyboard the acceleration works just fine. The big problem is that I for an example I've always played with my controller on any NFS game and being forced to play on my keyboard just so I can play it normally frustrates me. I've seen that this bug isn't something that only I've experienced, many players having this problem too. EA please fix this for the love of god so I can peacefully play this game.
