Hi, are you in story or multiplayer? Does the issue persist after a restart?

@EA_DavidHi, I have the same problem on Xbox Series X. Cannot upgrade garage, the garage upgrade page is blank both in story and multiplayer. This problem even exists after restarting and reinstalling the game.
There is no upgrade option in story mode and online.
