Re: I cant start NFS Unbound on Steam!

I purchased this game during the steam black Friday sale and decided to try running it.  Whenever I do it tells me "this title may be been downloaded to your device by another use who owns the game.  Log in to a different account of restart the app to try again."  Restarting the app didn't work the 4 times I tried it, and unlinking and relinking my steam account didn't fix the problem either.  I have had the account linked for at least a year (probably 3 I just can't remember exactly) and this is infuriating.  Are there any quick fixes to this or should I just refund the game?
