I am having the same bug in Online when I buy the Testarossa for example 

I own 119 in online cars and when I buy something I dont have yet like the Testarossa it says PURCHASE FAILED

I play on PC and when I sell a car it lets me buy a new car I sold a GTI Clubsport and rebought it and then when I bought the Testarossa it says Purchase failed as well as every other car I can afford it says the same error so please fix this

I tried repairing the game didnt work and then uninstall and reinstall also did not work so it must be some issue a lot of us are having 

I just sold 70 cars in story mode(the M3 is the only car I have left) and it fixed my problem but please get rid of the garage cap make it at least 300-350 cars 

As I see, more and more people write about problems with buying a car, but none of the representatives answer anything and the developers do nothing.

I have a total of 34 cars (6 in story mode and 28 online)
