It's made mirrored on purpose, Japanese Drift cars run with Mirrored logos all the time to preserve symmetry with the designs and this is a common practice, if Anything this shows they cared much more when making this livery

And I assume the reason why only Vertex Edge was mirrored was probably because their company was the most ok with having a mirrored logo (with them being prominent in drift cars in the past), as many other manufacturers don't really like their logos being flipped sometimes.
