@eiseeu do sirens sound faint? maybe it's due to police chase going near you. do you happen to hear helicopters as well in garage?

This problem is inside the garage, the sirens are directly in your ear and are constant, the only way to stop them is by lowering the sound effects volume in the settings which removes them from the game completely and not just when you are in the garage.
