Thanks for the additional information can we give the following a try?
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

can't repair due to ownership on steam, cleared ea app's cache - didnt help, done all others and nothing helped
so im supposed to miss this season due to how uncomfortable it is to advance in your game? thanks

I wanted to give a quick update, we have a patch 7.1.0 release tomorrow.
Once out could you give this a try and let us know if you continue running into issues?

Apologies for the delay, to check can how many cars and wraps do you have across SP and MP?
We might need to try removing wraps first (then cars) if you have a lot then checking if this continues.
