Yes I bought the same thing the collection was not worth it an all it did was cause unnecessary stress an waste time money an did damage.  Due to the fact that corrupted my file I lost half my car is having to use a save off My cloud. 

None is not available on the ultimate collection it does not listed when you go to data management therefore I think it's false advertisement and it's a ripoff I would not have bought Hillary's not dead it was 4 vol 9. I thought that's what was it going to give it to me I didn't know this is going to be a separate thing for it it won't let you download it manually even though you own it but you don't what I mean is the collection says that we own it so it won't let us buy individually but since it won't let me buy it won't let me download it how about you remove the thing blocking me from downloading it I mean seriously it's absurd that's been this long the game experience has been ruined I'm getting tired of trying to get cars that people got so I should have when everybody who's at low 50 got the evija they can get that car but I can't get volume nine premium rewards. 

What makes me madder is no one can tell me how long it's going to be and I'm sorry but I don't feel like a priority I don't feel like it's a priority to them that we spent our money and don't get the game experience we complete nine and don't get your rewards for it we accomplish nothing and they ain't going to be nothing to make up for it I think every one of us to get our money back and it gave to us. 

Just personally I thought it was a false advertisement cuz it is not what you said it is we pay for something that we didn't get that's unfair when people who are restarting or just starting can getting a Visa but I can't get volume stuff when I have everything bought and paid for. 

It is not entitlements I earned it I did a lot of work to get that stuff I did not waste 5,000 hours to what someone on a rank of three driving the evija then turn an bring out a Honda an mock us cuz they're on a computer.

To me it's a crime against a customer. 

I did not feel like it's a priority it should not take this long to fix it it's sad that we put more time and effort into the game than who manages it . 

Would you like it if we kept your paycheck and said that there's a technical area you got one number off and it'll be at the top corner and it not even be part of the thing that keeps you from getting your check but we just keep it because it needs to be fixed and just sit on it
