Hey @PatheticIndian 

You should be able to get items back on a new save, to check if are you playing in SP or MP?

Also, would it be possible to get the following?

 

  • Platform (or client):
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Do you own NFS Unbound and Vol 6 Speed Pass on your account or are you game sharing?
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    1. I load the game via through ea app but I also have it on steam however if I load it through steam, I lose my ea play rewards

    2. EA id- Patheticindian

    3. No error messages

    4. I own the game and I had owned and completed vol.6 speed pass

    5. No error Id message

    Hi @PatheticIndian 

    To confirm if you have EA Play via the EA app you will want to play it there for the EA Play benefits. 

    As for the save file itself before the PC was reset did you make a backup of your save file? Progress is stored locally for the Unbound.
