To confirm there may be a delay in seeing your Epic-owned EA games in the EA app client, you can try to clear the EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) to see if this resolves this. 

You can also check if your Epic and EA accounts are correctly linked, and that you are signed into both clients with that linked account.

To confirm are you running into an issue downloading or launching NFS Unbound via the Epic Games client?
