Hi, thanks for the post. Do you have any software on your system for managing USB devices or controllers? If so, could you disable them, and try restarting with a Clean Boot?

In the same vein, if you have any USB devices other than the ones listed, can you remove them before trying to play?

Less likely but another potential vector is a faulty USB port itself, if the steps above don't work you could try isolating ports as a test.
