@voss_zero I have the same problem and I am on PC. Seems to not be a console specific issue.

- @Ainicalai quick update, i followed the instructions RELUCTANTLY of deleting all DLC $0 cars, still didn't want to so i just deleted from story mode since there is NO New Game Plus ... and have extracted the gold blk Bugatti, razor GTR and the blk list porsh. so hope this helps someone, repeat still have all my $0 dlc cars online but deleted them all from Story mode.
Its called Porsche and nothing else
