Would it be possible to get a bit more information?

EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
Are you getting an error message?
Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

No...I don't think I've received something wrong,I just know the WIFI was disconnected and when I open the game again,the car still unlocked.
plz fix it quickly.
No dxdiag files..I don't get it.

I bought it on steam，my steam ID：NeoLi，and it is the same Email on EA：[edit: email address removed]

When you have a moment can we see if the following unlocks it for you?

Try switching from SP to MP (or vice versa) and check if it remains locked.

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
