Rear fender crashes BMW M4

My game crashes each time I try to edit the rear fender from either side, but it only happens with the BMW M4. Not rocket science, I simply go to Edit Body Parts >>> Rear Fender >>> Freeze and Crash to Desktop. Why does it happen, and how do I fix it? I don’t want to go for the annoying “just don’t edit it” solution cuz, yk, it’s an M4.
