Rear Wheels Hop Ever So Slightly Causing Unexpected Behaviour

Summarize your bug On slight inclines or declines rear wheels of cars start to hop. These can be quite a few hops in a sequence. These hops aren't big issue by themselves, but can cause very dramatic unexpected behaviors when combined with other factors
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a road grip car. Drive it on inclines or declines. Observe rear wheels
What happens when the bug occurs? Rear wheels start hopping doing series of hops
What do you expect to see? The rear shock absorbers should absorb the hops.

So let me start with saying this issue is hard to notice. You need to pay close attention to the rear of the car on the following videos:

   On this video pay close attention to the rear of my car, you should be able to notice slight hops when going up the incline.

   On this video you can see the rear wheels hopping on slight incline before the drawbridge AND on the slight decline after the drawbridge.

   Here you can see the rear wheels start bounding on the slight decline

THE EFFECTS of the issue.

   Here you can see the tiny wheel hop just before my car oversteers and flies of the track. The Eclipse is AWD and it should not oversteer (and it does not on flat surfaces).

   Here you can see my car nose dives (presumably) because of that wheel hop

I am not sure whether this is intended game mechanics (to keep players entertained?) or a side effect of some physics tweak. But it would be great if you can take a look at this. 

EDIT. I also tend to have my cars set up with road/grip handling. That might amplify the issue a bit.
