Save file corrupt again

Hey I'm playing on Xbox series s and when loaded game up couple days ago I was presented with my save files have been corrupted and this is the second time I already restarted once and mad is t even the word for how I feel right now.. please please help last time  this happen it said to  continue will  restart my progress and I had read to do that so last time I did but this time I didn't

    Hi @coltstuntin45 

    We can try the following if you repeatedly get this message...

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Don't launch NFS Unbound from quick resume
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

    So if I follow those steps I'll still have my save data? Because I've already started over once and had many many hours playtime and I'm almost back to where I was last time or maybe even further this time and thank you for your response.

    even with this i have hard times getting my real save back wont give up though, its sad it has to happen to us

    I just tried these steps and still says save data is corrupt 🤬 well didn't do The blue ray because when I go to device and connections blu ray isn't an option but I done all the other steps and still says same thing

    ur 100% right i cant find that blue ray thing anywhere, like you said i did the same following these steps but so far nothing..

    And I think it's crazy there is no representative to talk to? Only thing I can do is post on a forum.. or if so can't figure out how. I've never had this much of a problem trying to get help with a game as have this one and it's one the largest in gaming or ea is anyway smh.
