Hi! Yesterday after I installed the new Volume 3 update, all my progress disappeared, both online and offline (Story mode).
Does anyone know a way to get my things back? Did anybody else encounter this issue? I really don't want to start all over.

Same here. I'm just replying to all the different threads that have written about the same issue now to get them all at the top of the forum. Maybe someone will actually give a *.
I sent a ticket in to EA official support thing as well. After 4 days the ticket got marked as "fixed" without them even replying.
So many of hours of my life gone ☹️
@CirqleI'm starting to think that their players are completely indifferent to them. I posted the exact same thing on the German forum. The problem was that the game deleted the save. What I don't get is why it's so hard for them to send a copy of the save or something. After they got the confirmation that the game deleted the file, they stopped responding.
