Had the same bug. I changed the bodykit and got to A+. Done some races and changed the bodykit again: BAM! Back to B.
Really annoying weird bug.
I got a refund for the game (steam). I won't play this game with a bug, that reverts your tier if you change something on your car. That is ridicolous.
