is your car broken at the man screen
save might be corrupt
have to delete it locally you loos everything but you can play again
if your on pc its under Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame\savegame
will be able to play online aging but loos everything
Clear cache (only files with "12" in name), set larger pagefile (16gram = 16gb pagefile)

I'm having the same issue but happen after Vol05 update. Sometimes it can access to lobby. But my character face got bugged.
I still can select playing online, but when i search for servers it got stuck on loading screen like forever. Is there anyone who can help me fix this issue?
