Update:after reinstalling the game via Steam everthing is working now.first i did the steam remote install via webbrowsermaybe this will help

I bought the game and EA pass from steam and tried launching the game to play early access. Unable to launch the game and constantly getting a error message saying an error on our end has caused your launch to fail please try again a little later. It's been a whole day I've contacted EA support and they have no solution but to come here and make a post and a CM will respond.

@xBankaizx Hi, I encountered that a couple of times, but restarting my system then just starting Steam and the EA app let the game launch without further issue. Can you try that and hopefully get in?

I have tried restarting it multiple times and been with online chat as well as phone and there seems to be no solution at all. Whatever solution that was recommended has failed every time and even today after just getting off work I'm getting the same error message from day 1 which was 2 days ago. Now the the game cant even pre load on the EA app absolutely great paid for early access to play early and cant even play it. Safe to say I'm refunding and never trying this early access nonsense ever again.
