Same happens to me, I’m on PS5 too, loading time is suddenly longer too.
I had no issues before buying the Ultimate Collection Upgrade.
I even deleted the add-ons because I didn’t want my garage to be full of random cars.
Re-installing the game with Palace Edition only didn’t do anything too.
Stuff like this really annoys me, stuttering and lags, I really enjoyed how smooth the game was running, but stuttering/freezing during race is pretty annoying. This has to be fixed.
