The Ultimate Collection Did Not Receive Vol.9 When It Was Included

I Have Been Dealing With This For almost 24 And I want A Refund For at the Ultimate Collection DLC because I did not receive vol.9 I WHICH WAS INCLUDED..I did receive from said dlc Seasons 3-8 So I paid for vol.9 separately after I found out The Dlc Did Not In Fact Include vol.9 now I'm pretty pissed I paid for a vol.9 twice I called PSN first they said the content was received and said I needed to pick it up with ea after I said yes I received it but only partially and was still referred here to help chat the help chat agent then proceeded to "Inform" me to make a post on the forums...I been gaming and have faithfully BOUGHT AND OWNER EVERY SINGLE NFS Ever and after all the unexcusable and unnecessary hoops Im having to go threw to get one 15$ refund AS IT ALSO THE VERY FIRST REFUND IVE ASKED EVER...MY FAITH IN THE GAMING INDUSTRY IN DWINDLING FAST AND MY FAITH AND TRUST ON DEVELOPERS IMIS ABOUT TO BE ON THE TRASH IF I CANT EVEN GET A DAMN CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON
