Trouble getting on a server in Lakeshore Online

I'm having trouble getting online and able to join a server more than one time as soon I'm about to be in a server I get forced offline and even after going online again, I can't remain online to find a session without being forced offline again please reply as soon you've redt this.

My platform is PC and I'm playing "Unbound" through "Steam".
