Trouble lunching the NFS Unbound game on pc

"I purchased NFS Unbound through Steam and installed it. When I click the 'Play' button on Steam, the EA Games app opens and tries to launch the game, but it shows an error message saying to try again later. Nothing seems to help. What could be the issue?" The popup message is: failed to lunch game - an error on our end caused the lunch to fail. try again a little later. How can i run the game? Are there any other options to try? thx

Try launching the game directly from inside of the EA app, don't use Steam.

Hey dieselboy182​,I have had a similar problem with my Need for Speed Heat in the past, and it was caused by me not having the EA app. You could check if you have the app installed, and/or uninstall and reinstall the game.
