Unable to go online since game launch

I pre-ordered the game and ever since launch, i have been unable to access online.

I try to go online and it says "You need to be signed in to your EA Account to access the online features of this game. Please check your internet connection."

I have re-installed the game, attempted custom DNS, deleted my savegame and started new. My steam and playstation account are linked to my origin. I've checked my firewall settings, steam settings and origin settings and am unable to find any issues.

Back when the game had just launched, there was ONE time i was able to access online by selecting the go online feature, then when the message i typed above showed up, i reset my wifi router. Once the router reset, then i clicked ok and try again, and suddenly it connected, but the next time i restarted the game it was right back to the same issue again.
