First I would like to say that after 9dlcs with lots of cars added to the garage, 200 car limit + 50 livery slots since day one from the game is a total joke.
And no, I left only one car on single player mode to leave room for the online garage and I still have like 30 spare car slots to use from the total of 200. I can buy cara with no restriction, I should be getting those lockup cars.
I'm not going to delete my cars just to find out that this is a bug from the game...

After some more digging, it seems like some of those cars can only be used in Lockdown and can't be used in Free Roam or PVP playlists. That's possibly why they are not showing up in the normal "My Rides" section.
Here is an excerpt from our blog article on Lockdowns. There is a lot of information in there, but you can find it under JACKED & IMPOUNDED RIDES.
"Any vehicles you Jack and successfully extract with will appear in your garage as ‘Jacked’ and (inversely to Impounded rides) will be available for you to use for 24 hours, before they are returned. Jacked rides can not be used in Free Roam & PVP."
So, when you do extract one of those cars, they are only useable for 24 hours in Lockdown mode and can be selected from the "My Rides" section while in the Lockdown menu, not the main menu.
I just had the same problem after extracting myself with the Vic's 350z... I can't find the car in my garage even in the Lockdown Garage. (Same thing with the Crown owned after completing objectives ?!).
The problem isn't resolved with your advices because i did exactly what is mentionned.
It's really annoying and frustrating to play and not get your rewards.
Do you have a solution ? Can we get our cars ?
I only have 110 cars and the lockup cars I have extracted don't even show up as jacked vehicles, it's like I didn't even get them out, and I can see a jacked amg from a previous run, but none of the "hot rides"
I'm sure that's in terms of the Bike and other players cars, but the issue is in relation to the Blacklist cars/ cars in Lock-ups (Hot rides as they are called in game), if you were to escape with one of those your are supposed to get them as you said but for some reason we aren't getting them after the extraction, regardless of how many garage space we have left

1. Total number of cars over singleplayer and multiplayer: it was 3 cars in singleplayer and about 150 for multiplayer BEFORE buying the DLC that would give me the catch-up packs which would include Vol 5 and 4 with the Vol 9 pass. I CANT TRULY CONFIRM THE TRUE TOTAL CURRENTLY as I can't access my Xbox at the time of typing this
2. Yea, extracting with the MW cars will mark off the respective tag associated with said car. WILL ADD SCREENSHOT WHEN POSSIBLE
3. Also yea, every single car was obtained from lock-ups first and extracted asap and without stealing from another player
Hi, I looked it up again, this time on "My Rides" inside the Lockdown mode, and the cars that I've got from inside the lockups, even the 2 blacklist cars that are checked with "complete status" are not showing in the garage, not even the 2 cara that I've unlocked from the Weekly Challenges are showing up. I really don't know what to do.
115 total cars. 2 cars properly extracted. Not appearing in any game mode. It's not us, it's ya'll.
I really dont get WHY the devs just make more room on the garages, at least 50+ so we can get all the cars from the update with no problems with bugs and freaking stupid restrictions.
It's been NINE VOLUMES, I have 600 hours of game play, and we STILL have the same amount of car limit since DAY ONE from the game, I mean, C'MON!!!!!
I probably reached the 200 limit. And I didn't know this is a thing. Someome else got the m3gtr from a lockup and I managed to wreck him and take the car. It's ticked off in my contracts but I don't have it in my garage. Jv and sonny's car also don't show up in my inventory even tho I got them from a lockup and directly extracted them. Is this a bug? Will these cars be added retroactively?
Hi, maybe there is a serious bug here:
first of all, I do jacked another player's b12th gtr35 before and still within 24h and I have obtained b 3rd gtr35. Then I unlocked and extract the b12th gtr35 normally and my contract show I do have obtained but I cannot find it in my obtained car list. Can you make it up for me.😃
By the way, my offline story is still stuck in Sunday and cannot go forward!
HOT RIDES
Hot Rides are found in Lockups and (if successfully extracted) are awarded permanently to the player who extracted them. If you weren’t the first person to open a Lockup and claim a Hot Ride, don’t despair just yet! As long as it’s still in the session, you still have a chance to take out the player currently using it, Jacking it for yourself, and then extracting to keep it!
Hot Rides can be used across multiplayer (Lockdown, PVP and Free Roam) irrespective of whether they are impounded or not within the Lockdown mode.
