Unbound Ultimate Collection
If I already own the base game on Steam and then purchase the Ultimate Collection on Steam (not the upgrade), will I receive the full collection? The bundle that includes the base game and all content is currently cheaper than the standalone DLC upgrade.

Yes, if you already own the base game and purchase the "Ultimate Collection" bundle you will receive all the content included in that bundle. Just make sure before buying it that everything is listed on the store page.
