So i had this problem too, verified the steam files, but nothing.
What I did is that i went to EA app / the 3 dots on top left / Help / Go to the last option (recovery or something, i have it on another language) It will delete the cache and after I did that it worked fine.

Yea clearing cache in EA APP actually helped me. I ran that asan administrator. Thanks!
