Vol. 6 speed pass reward missing

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug The Audi R8 is on the speed pass free reward track I have long since passed the required level 25 and still no sign of the R8 in my garage or available to buy. Any advice? All other rewards appear to be working as far as I can tell including ones after lvl 25.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? No car
What do you expect to see? Car in garage

    I'm at level 32 of the Premium Speed Pass but don"t have the Audi R8 in my car list. Also when I want to modify the performance parts on the Rs6 all the parts have the tire immage and the game crashes. 

    Please Criteron fix this. (I'm on PS5)

    Please help I have unlocked the Audi R8 but it has not been given to me it just won’t unlock in the season pass.

    The first time I noticed this was with the speed pass, I was getting everything normally but when i got to the free Audi r8 I didnt get anything and it says that is redeemed, this has happened with the win a car story mode ta es

    I have Speed Pass Vol 6 and no RS6 Audi (no Car). However, it allows me to purchase the car via the online portal. How many times do I need to purchase it? I Have purchased it. I am a very small-time gamer and only play occasionally. Also of note is the purchase of both Volume Packs 4 catch-up and customisation pack. Why? So, spending big. It puts me off these multiple purchases for the same volume packs. Thanks upfront for the help.
