Vol. 8 no cop customization/cars in free roam?

Summarize your bug This has to be a bug. Most of the speed pass content is unusable in free roam online and the police cars can only be used in the HP playlist. Even for the “racer” versions of the cars we are unable to put cop customization on them. The crown Victoria still has pushbars but cannot put on any lightbars/sirens/APLR etc.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add the cop cars/ customization to the base versions of the car to use in free roam
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t use the customization and cop cars I’ve earned in freemode
What do you expect to see? Using the content that I paid for in online.

Most of the content on the PAID speed pass is unusable in the base online game. We have drift pro tires able to be used in free mode by why can’t we have a car with a lightbar in free mode as well?
