VRAM maxed out

Summarize your bug I own a RTX3080 10GB While playing the game it is using almost all the VRAM of the GPU I am using 2560x1440 resolution with HDR turned on and everything on High Is that possible, it says I have 0.93GB of VRAM left while playing?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? Don't know

The in-game graphics quality settings will affect how much GPU VRAM is used.

Reducing the graphics quality will free up VRAM.
