Summarize your bug If wheel/ contoller shuts off and you reconnect it. You must restart the game as even thought you have reconnected the controller no inputs work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Offer wheel support.
What happens when the bug occurs? No in game input works but you can still access the home menus.
What do you expect to see? To be able to reconnect my controllers and play the game without having to restart the game.

I use a logitech g29 wheel with an aftermarket e-brake. The ebrake is the problem, it causes my wheel to disconnect therefore having to reconnect it to the console. After being reconnected to the console no in game input works afterwards. The same with ps5 dualsense controller as well.
