Why can't I use my Xbox series 2 controller?(EA app)

I've tried importing to steam and all the little tutorials to try to get my controller to work. I can't stand playing this game on keyboard and mouse. I know for a fact that the controller works and ...

    Worth updating the firmware of the Xbox controller, we seen that have worked for some of our players.

steering wheel wont work logitech g923 and my Xbox elite series 2 controller also wont work any fix or work around yet???

so just move my post and not give me answer?? so i guess that means you have no idea how to fix it i take it since no one on here has been giving an answer what a joke lol

    @DESTROYAH7TEN  Same for PS4 controller... even contacted support, but they didnt know about this issue and tell me to make a thread here. I think you need to wait for a patch or find a work around yourself... sadly
