Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug File system sync error Error code:FTJR2008 When I try to connect to the internet, this message pops up and I can't connect and it just goes back to the main menu. What should I do? It’s PS5
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Into the Lakeshore Online. Occurs with a 100% probability
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t play online. but story mode no problem.
What do you expect to see? If you can fix this bug, the game will be playable like it was in the previous update.

  1. Message that comes up when trying to go online
  2. I thought I was able to log in, but then I went back to the main menu. (p.s. free roam to similar symptoms)
  3. It will look like the attached image.
