I have the same problem.
when choosing a car, the wrappers are not loaded, the right side is either clean or not correctly loaded.
But when I press "Style" - everything is restored
There were no game error messeges.
Yes it loads the other side but the whole wrap is in low quality compressed state with lots of artifacts making the car look like crap
