Can't get into hut

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load hut. Choose team name. Choose abbreviation. Then the issue occurs when I go to open the starter pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a error code. I sent a screenshot of the code to EA help Friday.
What do you expect to see? To be able to open the pack and enter the hut menus

This happens when I try to start hut. I have been in contact with ea help thy say it is a bug.
I can't afford to buy the game again and I have tried everything ea help suggested.
Help please as hut is the only part of the game I play.
