Download code provided not working
I received an email with my digital download code however when I go into the PlayStation store to redeem it, it tells me the number cannot be redeemed in my region.

An advisor should be able to issue a new code. Try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!
- @EA_Aljo Interesting as I never received my code after signing up... 2 separate EA advisors said they do not have any codes to give out.

I'm looking into this currently. When I have some news, I'll report back. For now, make sure you check any other accounts you may have signed up with. Also, check your promotions, other, spam, junk, etc, folders. One other thing as well. If you're under 18, you wouldn't have received a code.
