Edit Player Bug - Preview Doesn’t Show after picking second player

Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? j0nnyd7
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For Offline under Roster, go into Edit Roster and select a goalie or a player. Exit, then select another goalie/player. This also happens in WOC.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you enter the edit player screen, all of the menu options show, however the preview of the player/goalie has the spinning icon as if it’s loading. The icon stays there the whole time and you cannot see any of the updates you’ve made to the player/goalie.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the player/goalie load and be able to see the preview.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here All game modes where roster editing is available.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
What is your time zone?

Editing players in both offline and WOC is when trying to edit again after opening the edit player option the first time.  When you edit one and then try to edit the other, the player preview will not load.  The menu works fine and you can select equipment and other options, but you cannot see anything on the player preview.

It remains the same until you restart the game.  Then whichever you pick to edit first will be the only one that will show until the game is restarted again.

    Thread locked as we have now released an ETA on when this will be addressed. The team has targeted early March for the next update.

    Wow I actually tried it and the bug happens to me too! I have no idea who broke the game but if this isn't fixed in like a week I would be in an outrage if I was editing a roster right now. Why even have roster sharing and these things if you make creating them 10 times more harder?

    I always check to see what equipment gets added since they never put it into the patch notes (QR5 is now in and added to the Novium and Ag5nt sticks), so that’s how I caught it.

    Also I play a decent amount of WOC and change my equipment around a lot so it’s unfortunately made any sort of goalie updates pretty much unusable.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Creation Zone -> Create Team, then attempt any action. As soon as you scroll off of the ‘Create a Team’ CTA, the game crashes and reverts to the Xbox Home Screen. This was not previously an issue and seems to have been introduced with the 1.5 patch released on 1/31.
    What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as you scroll off the ‘Create a Team’ CTA in the Creation Zone, the loading icon in the top right begins to spin briefly, and then the game crashes out and reverts to the XBox Home menu.
    What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to create a new team or edit any previously created teams as I was able to do prior to downloading the most recent game update.

    Prior to the release of the 1.5 patch on 1/31/23 this was not an issue. Patch seems to have introduced a game breaking bug in the Creation Zone.

    Yup this happens to me too, been an issue since November for me. Playing on PS5. I actually can't even use previously created teams in a custom league, once I substitute one or two teams the game also crashes.

    Yeah, it's really annoying when i am more like editor than player. So now i cant play. PS4 player

    Same problem on PS5.  As someone who probably edits more than actually plays the game this is a huge issue.

    This was also an issue in the previous patch but they fixed it after some concerns came up. Let’s hope the fix this now too.
