Error Accessing HUT

Every time I try to enter HUT I receive error code 24DA13847FB7E401-0000000000009999-E32787611C218FE9 failed to retrieve data.

You posted this on the NHL 23 forums. For future reference, please use the NHL 25 forums here. As far as this issue goes, can you give me some more details? Were you playing and then this all of a sudden started happening? Was there something you did right before it started occurring? Also, which console are you on? Thanks!

Sorry, it's just that when I entered the error, I saw a topic about this error and immediately wrote about nhl 25.
I didn't do anything special, at some point when I got home, I wanted to play. I went in, but there was already a mistake. I didn't pay much attention to this, as mistakes happen often. and now for the third day I have not been able to enter the HUT. I play on the ps5. Thank you in advance for your help

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data.
