Best to stay constructive--though I agree. This bug prevents us from playing the game and in my case the only mode I play in NHL 23. It's been an entire week of the same error message and being unable to access the WOC hub menu. I missed the entire Season 2 playoffs with my club as a result. Thanks, EA.
Resolving this issue even if it's only a quick fix to our specific Gamertags and EA accounts (w/ a global fix coming later) needs to happen asap. I'm no developer but certainly EA can go in and reset offensive player names, boosted stats, etc. Just looking for someone to check out our accounts, equipped items, WOC inventory, and perhaps identify/fix why the error we receive is "cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time" before booting us back to main menu. Reset me to Jordan NHL for all I care--just looking to get back in the game (w/ stats & XP preserved, if possible).
Not being able to play a $70+ product at all for over a week is pretty crappy for the player/customer.
