Failure to Launch World of CHEL

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? IndomitableHash
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to World of CHEL
What happens when the bug occurs? loads my guy, says "checking" at the load pinwheel and then goes to an empty offer screen with "No Offers Found" with a Go Back button repeating perpetually
What do you expect to see? it to launch the World of CHEL menu to select game mode
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here World of CHEL
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:45 pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)

Earlier today i was changing my skater in the world of CHEL and everything was fine, i accepted a drop ins invite without backing out and saving those changes going straight into a Drop-In after that game i signed out. but now the game will not let me into the World of CHEL and take me to an EMPTY offers page with the prompt "No Offers can be found" and a button that says [Go Back] and the cycle is relentless, and ive cycled all of my equipment yet the problem persists. i uninstalled and reinstalled but the game still synced the old file data and now the problem persists, i am about 3 games from the div2 title and my team may miss it if im not able to. PLEASE HELP OR RESET MY DATA ill go to lvl 1 just put me in coach

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    • Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile.
    • Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    • Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
