Huge lagging/freezing in rivals

I downloaded fifa from library only to test connection. I don't like the game. How many games should I play to get good enough result for the report?

Ahh ok. I thought maybe you already played it. It would be good to see several games played to get an idea of your connection. It's not always identical with every game.

When the game is lagging, is it just feeling sluggish, are you noticing input lag or does the game freeze and then speed up and return to normal speed?

Freeze and then speed up. Recently also freeze and throws out from the servers.

That indicates packet loss. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas still. I can't think of anything else to suggest that may resolve this. We'll keep monitoring our servers, but aren't aware of any issues that would cause this.

obviously this not a personal internet connection issue if many players are having the same issues, it's more a EA passing buck, gaslighting users that it's their issue.

When you compare these reports to the overall population of the game, it's a small percentage of the playerbase we're hearing from. If everyone hits us up at once, we know something's going on. That's not the case currently so let me know if you'd like to go though some troubleshooting.

I'd like to apologize for that statement. I made that more out of frustration and ignorance. i know video games are not an exact science and that you guys work hard to produce a great product and help when there are issues, I certainly don't want to be one those people who trash the game without taking the time to think what actually goes into it, so for that I am sorry, keep up the good work.
