HUT - error code when trying to "buy now"

Product: NHL 23
Platform:PlayStation 5
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Cheddar_bob4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? HUT > Exchange > Auction house - when selecting "buy now" an error code shows. After clicking "Ok" I get sent back to the games start menu/main menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error code: B7OD78AF2ESCF670-000000000000999-4E815F564128F6BB
What do you expect to see? I expect to successfully buy the item.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here HUT > Auction house
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 19:00
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

The error code shows up in swedish (that's my PSN Store country) even though english is the language selected in the game.

    An advisor should be able to handle this for you. Let them know you have the negative escrow issue. They need to fix the balance of your escrow so it's not negative. Cases can be opened here. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo Hi! Just wanted to let you know (or if someone else runs into the same problem and finds this topic) that this was solved the same day within an hour thanks to the guys at EA Help after creating the case.
