No I didn't .. I was given a starter pack and then gave up on it. I uninstalled and then installed again where it offered the starter pack. I'll push further and check my inbox. i'll let you know... Thank you for the help thus far.
I did receive a ton of packs but my line up/roster isn't there. The only thing that carried over is the name of the team and my points for the store. My profile is intact on the Xbox one version of the game but the X/S has me starting over. I will continue to play on the Xbox One version because I have too much money and time invested on that roster.
