HUT Progress Lost

I bought a new console today , going from xbox one to Xbox X , When i reopened HUT , it prompted me to merge my progress and lineup over. 

The lineup and everything transfered just fine , but all of my progress , ranks and objectives done were lost as if i created a new team. 

I can't seem to find a resolve even after deleting and redownloading the game. 

Also i am getting a HTTP 0 Error on and off when opening any online feature of the game.

Team is BigBeardCanada.

Any suggestions or fixes ?

  • No I didn't .. I was given a starter pack and then gave up on it.  I uninstalled and then installed again where it offered the starter pack. I'll push further and check my inbox. i'll let you know... Thank you for the help thus far.

  • I did receive a ton of packs but my line up/roster  isn't  there. The only thing that carried over is the name of the team and my points for the store. My profile is intact on the Xbox one version of the game but the X/S has me starting over. I will continue to play on the Xbox One version because I have too much money and time invested on that roster.
