I have the negative escrow bug

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Islandrabbi
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the auction, it boots me out of hit and comes up with an error code. I was told I have the negative escrow bug. Can you remove any negative things that I owe?
What happens when the bug occurs? It boots me out of hut.
What do you expect to see? To purchase cards
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hut
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

I was told by an advisor that I have the negative escrow bug, please remove all negative things owned.

    An advisor will need to fix this for you. They should be able to see the negative balance in your escrow and set the balance to 0. This will fix it. You can open a case here to get in touch with an advisor. Thanks!

  • hey, im having the same negative escrow issue and cannot open a case when i got to game progress issue.

    Try using the option for Manage my account > Manage account details. This is an issue with your account so it can apply.

  • when I open manage my account there is not option for manage account details.

    You need to go here to open a case. Choose your game and platform. Then, choose the option I mentioned.

  • I have the same problem and I have opened multiple cases but the eahelp representatives are always very confused and said for me to post on the forum instead of placing a case.
