I keep getting failed to retrieve data in NHL 23.

How do I load into world of chel without getting this. Any other game I play can retrieve data so why can’t I retrieve data in NHL 23. This is getting really annoying. I’ve tried literally everything

    Hello, everyone. We're currently investigating this issue and could use some more information. If you can provide the following, it should help with this.

    • Gamertag/PSN ID
    • ISP
    • Location
    • Console version of NHL 23 you're playing

    Update: We no longer need the details previously requested. This is appearing to be an issue with AT&T. Please contact their support to see if they can offer any assistance. We are still investigating, but are not finding any issues on our end at this time. We are also seeing this affecting Battlefield 2042 players who are all on AT&T as well. 

    ***Update 7/28: This has now been resolved by AT&T. Please let us know if you're still having any issues.***

    ***Update 8/3: This issue has returned. We are trying to work with AT&T to get it resolved. I'll provide an update when I have one***

    Hi there, @plager85 

    Is this happening in NHL 22 or 23? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Do you happen to have a custom gamerpic? If so, try replacing it with a default one.

    Getting into the world of Chel takes forever & then loading the menu takes just as long. When the menu finally loads I can not enter a lobby through the club option (have to accept invitation instead) loading into the lobby takes more than a minute. If I try to enter the lobby through the menu I receive the error 

     

    Can’t go edit my skater otherwise I get the same error. (Too right says checking for updates, downloading an update. Update complete. Spins for a few & goes to the error)

     

    I get kicked out if this happens and have to try and go right back in.

    Only when trying to load into WOCL - takes for ever to load if it loads at all then I get error code - 19705C3BE3234AE4- 0000000000020100-BF5CB5B22812E414 - I reset my router and did every hard reset possible. I have cleaned Mac Address. Uninstall and reinstall the game. Deleted all saved files from game management. It is weird because it doesn't happen till after the second game we play. Xbox series XS - It has been happening since last Monday.
